We will send you an onboarding guide via personal email, and you must complete and submit your onboarding documents online before your start date. On the first day of work, you will need to report to headquarters for new employee training.
The process includes three stages: 1st stage document screening, 2nd stage interview, and 3rd stage aptitude test (online). The interview process may consist of a 1st interview (with practical interviewers) and a 2nd interview (with executives) if necessary.
Candidates who pass the document screening will be contacted for interviews. We will notify you of your status following the interviews.
